Chip WiseChip Wise Managing Principal, BoulderDennie P. "Chip" Wise III began his career in commercial real estate in 1979 and has been a partner in his real estate firm since 1982. He has earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations and has been recognized numerous times by Prudential Real Estate services for his sales and productivity accomplishments in commercial real estate. At Prudential Rocky Mountain, Chip is involved with the asset management, development, general brokerage, investment and consulting, and financing of commercial real estate. He is also a member of the Northern Colorado Brokers Management Team. Although Chip is successful in business, his background is in fine arts. He enjoys painting pastel landscapes and still-lifes, which frequently follow the themes of this other hobbies of fly-fishing, gardening, and bird watching. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and three grown children, one of whom followed his footsteps into real estate. Chip enjoys his work in commercial real estate and finds the relationships he develops with his clients, tenants, and investors and his ability to create long-term value for them to be very rewarding.
