As the director of recruiting, Dave is responsible for identifying, developing, and training agents to be successful with Prudential Rocky Mountain. But he is also in charge of business development, agent career development, training, mergers and acquisitions, and new office-start ups. Dave's background with business development, small-business management, and real estate technology make him a dynamic force around the office. When he's not busy working with new agents or new business, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and children and participating in sports activities. He also enjoys donating his time to the Boulder Cancer Center. Dave's outgoing personality and great sense of humor make him an easy person to work with, which helps our new agents get up and running with Prudential Rocky Mountain in no time. That helps him achieve his goal of providing people with the opportunity to change their lives through having a job they enjoy that earns them a good living.
