Gerald MayoGerald Mayo President, Estes Park OfficeThe president of the Estes Park office of Prudential Rocky Mountain REALTORS® first came to Estes Park more than 30 years ago and fell in love with the area. Seventeen years later, he and his wife moved to the Estes Valley full time and settled down. Gerald put his background in business and marketing to work soon after that and got into real estate. He then opened Prudential Team Realty with Steve Engelking, a company they founded on honesty, ethics, and hard work. The company quickly became the most successful office in the area. While growing his company, Gerald became deeply involved in the local community. He is active in the Kiwanis Club, Rotary International, Trout Unlimited, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Foothills Gateway Foundation, the Masonic Lodge, and United Methodist Church. Professionally, he is involved with the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Estes Park Board of Realtors®, and has still had time to earn his GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and graduate from the Prudential Management Academy. He is currently working on earning his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation.
