John WarnockJohn Warnock President, Loveland OfficesJohn Warnock already belonged to a family of successful real estate brokers when he entered the real estate business 33 years ago. His grandfather opened what is now the Loveland office of Prudential Rocky Mountain Realtors® in 1922, and his father worked there from 1947 to 2004. Today he manages and gives direction to the company while helping his clients buy and sell property. John has received his Graduate of Realtor's Institute (GRI) and his Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, and he is a consistent Prudential national award winner, having been in the top 5% of their national sales force since 1993. Outside the office, John enjoys golfing, hiking, studying the geysers in Yellowstone National Park, and spending time with his wife and three grown children. He also stays active in his community, serving on the Loveland Planning Commission from 1995 to 2003 and the State Supreme Court nominating commission from 1998 to 2004. John enjoys the challenge of putting together complex transactions and has enjoyed seeing Prudential Rocky Mountain REALTORS® come together as one company to be able to provide better tools for their agents, which, in turn, help the agents better serve their customers.
