Shane DurbenShane Durben Shane Durben began his Real Estate Career in 1999 after working for Xerox Corp. for 10 years. He spent 8 years in the U.S. Army Reserve, and had various tours during his military career. Shane grew up in the Frederick area and graduated from Frederick High School. After High School, he earned 2 associate degrees from Front Range Community College in Management and Marketing. In 2001 he was asked to open the Johnstown branch of Prudential LTM Realtors. Managing and advising other Realtors on a day to day basis. He is still active in the Real Estate Market and has extensive knowledge of Longmont, Loveland, Johnstown and Milliken markets. Shane has been very active in the Community of Johnstown, and has served as President of the Johnstown/Milliken Chamber of Commerce. Today he is an elected Board Member of the Chamber. In his spare time, Shane enjoys Motorcycling, Hunting, Fishing and anything outdoors. Shane and Teresa were married in 1992 and have lived in Loveland for 8 years.
