Dennis Nimetz - Broker Associate, Property ManagementDennis Nimetz PROPERTY MANAGEMENT KNOW HOW!Dennis joined West and Associates in 2000 and transitioned to Prudential Rocky Mountain, REALTORS in 2007. He is the senior property manager for the Prudential office. Dennis has been managing residential property since 1982 and is a member of the Fort Collins Apartment Owners Association. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with majors in marketing and accounting. Dennis' prior work experience includes: senior sales representative with an international pharmaceutical company and as an accountant for a regional manufacturer.
Dennis has also done tax accounting for a local CPA firm. Dennis' property management includes: interviewing and screening potential tenants; providing maintenance service, processing bills and rent checks, and providing owners with accounting records for planning and tax purposes. He manages several condominium and homeowners associations..
