I specialize in assisting the purchase and sale of real estate in the Estes Park, Colorado area. My wife Jane and I were regular visitors to Estes Park for over 30 years, purchased a second home here in 1996, and came here permanently in 1998. We have not regretted our decision to move here for a moment. The environment is wonderful, and the community is totally inclusive to new residents. This is demonstrated by: successful completion of a Masters in Business Administration degree, 20 years U.S. Air Force commissioned service, and 16 years as Program Manager of Government engineering development programs with Raytheon & E-Systems in Dallas, Texas. I completed the Colorado Real Estate Broker License requirements in 1998 and extended my real estate expertise through completion of Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) professional training in 2001. I strive to maintain currency in the changing real estate environment to ensure timely compliance with the dynamic changes implemented by the market and the Colorado Association of Realtors. I am a member of Prudential Rocky Mountain, Realtors in Estes Park, CO. Our office offers over 125 years Estes Park real estate experience and expertise. She has served on the Estes Park Medical Center Board, Historical Museum Board and is currently a elected board member of the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District.
