Jean is a Loveland native and a 3rd generation Realtor in Loveland. Her grandfather founded Warnock Realty & Auctions in 1922. She has a BA from CSU in advertising and marketing. Jean has been awarded the Prudential Presidents Circle award for the top 3% of Prudential Agents Nationwide in 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2005. In 2006 and 2007 she was inducted into Prudential's Chairman Circle which is made up of the top 1% of Prudential agents nationwide. She is committed to listening carefully to her clients and diligently working to help them whether their needs are buying or selling. She truly loves helping people with any of their Real Estate needs. She has earned the GRI designation and has completed classes for her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Jean currently serves on the Ethics and Arbitration Committee for the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors.
