Kresta has been a full time REALTOR since 2005, licensed as an Associate Broker. Kresta is a second generation REALTOR following in the footsteps of her successful mother who is the Owner/Broker of an office in Wheatland, WY. She has worked with buyers and sellers of homes, rural properties, condos and investment properties. Kresta specializes in getting her seller clients the maximum price possible from the sale of their properties, and in getting her buyer clients the very best value when they buy real estate. She especially enjoys assisting first time home buyers and clients interested in investment property. Growing up on a ranch in Wyoming, and living in a rural community most of her life, she is also very passionate about farm and ranch properties. Education Kresta attended Doane College, in Crete, Nebraska where she double majored in PE/Sports Management. Her continuing education in real estate goes far beyond the basic course requirements for licensing. In the short amount of time in the business, she has continually added to her education and skills by completing numerous real estate courses and workshops. She currently has her GRI designation and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certification. Professional Affiliations Kresta is a member of the Colorado Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. In addition to upholding a professional Code of Ethics, these associations make sure their members are kept up to date on the latest real estate legislation and other changes in the industry. Kresta has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation, a distinction granted to less than five percent of real estate professionals, which makes her part of the largest referral network of REALTORS in the world. Hobbies Kresta enjoys golfing, camping, and boating in the summer months, getaways to Colorado’s beautiful winter wonderlands for a cozy cabin in the winter, and always enjoys going to the gym.
