John Denver inspired the Flannery's and that's why they would "rather be in Colorado". Karen's photography adventures began over 25 years ago at Windstar in Old Snowmass at John Denver's environmental foundation which today is the site of the Rocky Mountain Institute for environmental education and sustainability. Her friendship with John made them keenly aware of the Rockies. Having owned six homes in different regions of the country Karen and Mike are well aware of the buying and selling experience which makes for a smooth real estate transaction. They even used the Veterans Administration program on their starter home.
